SUBJECT: I SUPPORT MEL

thank for your blog, I am fan of Mel too, since 1979, and I hope to see Apocalypto to Melun to France.
I support Mel, and I know that is not anti semitic, and not a racist, He is a good Christian.
Is my favorite actor, and now director too, I have all his movie, and I hope that Mel do again other movie as Passion of the Christ, or Apocalypto, but if I can see him as actor now, I hope to see him in the bonus of DVD.
Because for me, he is well more that a Friend, he is like a brother, I will remain him faithful until my last breath of life, and whatever it happens to him I will always be there for him and his family.
I thank him for all his movies as actor and also as director, I like his vision a lot to make the things, and to carry them to the screen, I thank it for making us as beautiful gift that, the man without face, or braveheart, or the Christ's Passion, and now Apocalypto, that I am in a hurry to discover in my city of Melun in France.
Mel is not anti Semitic and even less racist, I think that it is our turn his fans to put us forward to come him in help, in order to sustain it as well as his family in this new test…
In France one spoke very little of the incident of Mel of July 28, today no one speaks to of it
I will remain faithful to Mel and his family and I will bring them my support, until the last day of my life.
That God blessed him as well as his family and all those that are faithful to him.
Thank you for having created this fan club, of our Friend Mel.

I sent the many E-MAILS to many newspapers (N.Y. Times, USA today, Washington Post, Guardian et. etc.) but don't think anybody will publish them:
This is one example:
Re: Mel Gibson and the new 'McCarthysm' of some Hollywood honchos
------------------------------------------------------------------
I think Mel has apologised enough already for what he did and said when drunk and should be left alone: Noah himself in the same situation never apologised, on the contrary called down curses upon Ham who made fun of him (I thought Jews looked at the Bible a little more often).
Besides, this crusade launched by a handful of 'enlightened' people in order to destroy the career and reputation of an upright man like Mel Gibson is clearly the most recent kind of 'McCarthysm' complete with abuses, public mockery, threats, blackmail, arm twisting for a PUBLIC confession (mind you, it MUST be on Yom Kippur to be more sensational), and at last a judgement without trial which would make the Inquisition green with envy.
P.S. Thank you Jackie Mason for your defence of Mel, you're a just man.

Mel - I love your work. Braveheart is my all-time favorite movie and The Passion made me want to be a better Christian. I was saddened by the media's recent behavior towards you and just wanted to say that I'll pray for you.
Sincerely,

SUBJECT: FROM ONE CHRISTIAN TO ANOTHER

We loved your movie "The Passion of Christ" we thought it was amazing. There should be more movies made like this. Hollywood needs to get the dirt out of the movies and to get right with the lord. We are praying for Mel and hope he gets back on track with the lord and ask for forgiviness for the discrimnatory things he said.We say this with gods love. God Bless and Love!

Mel....thanks for visiting the Comanche Nation--we all loved meeting you and Rudy Youngblood. It is not too often that Megastars come to our area just to connect with "the people." Also, you were so personable and accessible that (of course), we fell in love with you forever! Your film was a magnificent storytelling of the Indigenous people!

SUBJECT: MEL GIBSON

I am sure that I am not the first person to say this since his arrest/driving in July, but let's all back up for a moment.
1-If you are a Christian, you know that foremost you are human, and a sinner. Forgiving is the point. Also, drinking does not bring out the "real" truth that someone is thinking. It makes you think you are someone that you are not. You are "6 foot tall and bullet proof!!". His remark could not and I believe was not his true feelings. I also believe that God has his hand on Mel, and will use him as a vessel to make everyone sit up and notice.
2-Making his "Christian" based movies are very important in this day and time. Although we all have heard that it is the "end of the world" our whole life, if anyone actually follows prophecy news and information, you will definitely see a point in all of this. Mel made this the Passion film, not for his own desires, but as I said he is being used as a vessel. God has his plan, but Satan will try to spoil it. Does anyone not see Satan and his desires in all of this??
3- Let's not forget, Mel is human as we all are and being a Christian does not mean that you are PERFECT. There was only one perfect person and we killed him!!!

It took a lot of guts for Mr. Gibson to go on record and apologize for his behavior. I give him kudos for his efforts and wish him and his family all the best. I hope you find the path to peace and happiness.

FROM DAVID HENEISE

SUBJECT: TO MEL GIBSON

Mel Gibson is no better or worse than any single human being on this earth...we're all sinners. This renders everyone that wants to see him destroyed powerless and irrelevent in the court of the Lord God.
I don't know if this will ever reach him but God knows his and everyones heart. God's grace is endless, he said he was sorry..that should be the end of it. Mel needs to get on with his life, stop graveling..get up and continue to serve the Lord Jesus.
So what if he isn't held in high regard to all the self righteous in the world and left off the guest list of useless cocktail/dinner partys.
Remember what the bible says..those that do not forgive will never be forgiven..for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. End of story.
Keep fightin the good fight Mel.

Estimado Sr.Gibson,
Ricardo Lara
